Pete Hamner
Pete has owned and operated HomeScope Inspection Services since 1991 and has personally performed over 7,500 home inspections. Pete is a graduate of the Professional Home Inspectors Institute and has ten years experience in construction. He is a member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors). Pete has personally trained a large number of successful inspectors in this industry. He has lectured at numerous homebuyer and home seller seminars educating consumers on home problems and pre-purchase home inspections. Pete has also been a quest lecturer at numerous real estate firms throughout the area.

Gary Cox
Gary has been an independent contractor with HomeScope Inspection Services since 2001. He was personally trained by our president Pete Hamner. He has performed numerous home inspections and has an uncanny way of putting the new home buyer at ease. He is currently an ASHI Candidate and on his way to full membership.

Tim Lacey
Tim joined the HomeScope team as an independent contractor in 2002. He also was personally trained by our president Pete Hamner. He has numerous years experience in the construction industry from roofing to carpentry. With his experience in retail management he is very people oriented.

Office Staff
Martha and Jenny are a team that set the standard in home inspections. Between them they have approximately seven years experience in the home inspection industry. They will handle all your phone calls and office needs professionally and will strive to accommodate the many schedules involved in booking a home inspection. Martha and Jenny are available for your calls Monday through Sunday.
